The Force Commander of the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF), Major General Ali has acknowledge the tireless service and dedication of the officers under his command as the Force marks Eid-El-Fitr at Headquarters Ndjamena.
He made this known while congratulating the Military Staff Officers (MSOs) during this year's Eid-el-Fitr celebration with a special breakfast he organised for the officers in Ndjamena, Chad on 10th April 2024.
A statement issued by the Chief of Military Public Information, Lieutenant Colonel Abubakar Abdullahi said General Ali used the opportunity to celebrate the conclusion of Ramadan and stressed how Ramadan serves as a potent reminder of the importance of perseverance, commitment and sacrifice; virtues that are also paramount in the military service.
By drawing parallels between the fasting period and the demands of their duties, General Ali aimed to inspire further resilience among the officers.
The Commander on the occasion motivated the officers and all troops of the MNJTF urging them to carry forward the lessons learned during Ramadan into their operational conduct.
He stressed the significance of embodying the values of commitment and sacrifice in their ongoing efforts to fulfill the MNJTF's mandate.
