AANI Congratulations Zamfara State New Head of Service

The Alumni Association of the National Institute (AANI), congratulates and celebrate one of its members, Alhaji Yakubu Sani Haidara, SEC General S 41, 2019, on his appointment and swearing-in as the substantive Head of the Zamfara State Civil Service.

In a statement by the AANI National Publicity Secretary, retired Brigadier ani Kukasheka, the association president, Ambassador Emmanuel Okafor said the appointment is in recognition of his dedication, commitment, and wealth of experience spanning over three decades, as well as his outstanding training and qualifications. 


The statement described him as a highly skilled bureaucrat and administrator, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a deep understanding of public sector governance, having served with distinction in various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in the state. 


"His expertise in public service reforms, strategic policy implementation, and human resource development, makes him an ideal choice to lead the Zamfara State Civil Service into a new era of efficiency, productivity, and innovation"

The AANI commends the Zamfara State Government under Governor Dauda Lawal for its commitment to merit, competence, and excellence in governance as the appointment reaffirms the importance of professionalism and integrity in the management of public institutions in the state. 


We also encourage governments at all levels and the private sector to continue to recognize and leverage the vast expertise, strategic insights, and leadership skills that AANI members bring to governance and national development.
