Wing Commander Ademola Oluwatoyin Ogunleye of Nigerian Air Force Achieve Great Feat In Rwanda

A Nigerian Air Force officer, Wing Commander Ademola Oluwatoyin Ogunleye has attained the honour of being the second overall best student of Senior Command and Staff Course Intake 13 at the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC).


Wing Commander Ogunleye accomplished the exceptional feat out of the 108 senior officers at the prestigious institution beating officers drawn from the Rwanda Defence Force, Rwanda National Police, 18 other African nations, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The achievement amplifies Nigeria’s positive footprint in regional military diplomacy and development, reinforcing the NAF's reputation as a professional force contributing meaningfully to peace, stability, and strategic thought leadership in Africa and beyond.


It also reflects the visionary leadership of the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, who is positioning the Nigerian Air Force officers for global recognition and success, as well as driving capacity development and international collaboration.

The graduation ceremony which was prisidend over by the Prime Minister of Rwanda, Dr. Edouard Ngirente also had representatives from the Nigerian High Commission in Rwanda, among other regional and international stakeholders.
