Plunging

By Nokai Origin

Oh what isolation
In company of desolation
A mind so stagnant
Thought processes uncoordinated
Confusion set in at will
The Walls close in faster
Losing touch with reality is all there is
An incoherent speech springs out in an attempt to make sense

Dissolving to self pity
Then lost of self worth
Plunging into a world

Retrieving from all that might have been and is
No more room for wishes
They have long been spent
Spent to the last
Only disillusionment

Who hopes to find me now?
Far beyond is where I will be
For I waited for a time of company
That too will have to catch up with me
far beyond
The hour is done
Salvage not the remains
However scavenge
In it too there is no essence
The hereafter is the heritage
With all that has been now gone
Experience has been the road
Perdition awaits me not
Abandonment is rewarded
With kindness everlasting
Here the company is celestial
It's been a journey that needs no recalling

  2. The only gain here is the promise of the hereafter. Man's journey on earth is projected as a lonely and helpless road. It's quite a lovely piece.
