Mr. Trump is also scheduled to meet with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to discuss matters of trade.

While fielding questions from reporters at the tarmac shortly after arriving, he said there is "a 50/50 chance" of reaching a trade deal with the European Union.

According to the US president, he brought two messages for Europe: “This immigration is killing Europe,” Trump said. “And the other thing, stop the windmills.” As the wind power generation is “killing the beauty of your country.”

Trump had in the past sued windmills company, claiming a nearby windfarm marred players’ view from one of his golf course in Scotland.

Speaking on cracking down on the US-Mexico border he said, “On immigration, you better get your act together,” Trump said. “You’re not going to have Europe anymore.”
